The compact TalkSwitch 240vs phone system makes small businesses sound BIG with built-in voicemail, a 9-level auto-attendant system, multiple local & remote extensions, and advanced features that give you complete control over your calls… affordably!

2 PSTN lines — the TalkSwitch 240vs is configured for 2 traditional phone lines, but may be easily upgraded as your needs change, including adding VoIP calling capability.

36 voice mailboxes — provides 1 voice mailbox per local extension, 1 for each remote extension and 10 general-use mailboxes. Built-in voicemail system features include remote message notification, forwarding capabilities, and voicemail-to-e-mail options. Comes with 25 minutes of voice memory that can be increased by adding voicemail memory cards (Items #7088, #6209 and #6213).

9-level auto-attendant system — answers your phone and routes your calls to your on-site or remote extensions via a range of interactive touch-tone choices that you custom-configure. Also allows you to use different greetings on each of your incoming lines.

Network units for more capacity — connect up to 4 VS, 48-CA, or 48-CVA TalkSwitch units for capacity to up to 32 traditional lines, 32 VoIP trunks 64 local extensions, and 40 remote extensions.

VoIP upgrade available — lets you add VoIP calling capability to your 240vs system whenever you're ready with a simple upgrade. VoIP let's you deploy phones to teleworkers, make branch-to-branch calls over the internet (for free and without using your telephone lines), and/or make calls using a VoIP Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP).

Dial-by-name directory — allows callers to select an extension by dialing the name of the person they want to reach.

Easy set-up — saves time and money on installation… plus, all call handling settings are configured on the included Windows®-friendly software, making system changes a cinch!

Compatible with most phones — designed to work with TalkSwitch phones (Items #21392, #11229, #21390, and #11225), other standard analog phones, and selected IP phones (such as Polycom® and Grandstream).

Works with phone company services — — lets you enhance your TalkSwitch system's performance with such extras as Caller ID, Hunt/Rollover/Busy Forwarding, 3-Way Calling, and more. (Requires subscription to local phone company services.)
