The recorder with record/playback interface (Item #2813) lets you review recordings over the phone or leave them in a colleague's voice mailbox. If you don't need the playback option, try the recorder with the standard interface (Item #2812).

• Voice-activated recording Just start speaking and this recorder won't miss a syllable.
• Dual tape speeds Set your recorder to ""extended play"" and you'll get up to 3 hours' recording onto one 90-minute microcassette. Plus, you can play back your recordings at up to 25% above normal speed. It's a great feature for scanning your recordings.
• Handy accessories The Olympus Standard Recorder has 2 built-in accessory jacks. The first lets you connect an AC power cord (to save on battery life). The second lets you use an earphone for reviewing recordings privately, or a microphone for recording with even better sound quality.
