The TalkSwitch TS-480i is an elite business phone with exceptional sound and a large LCD display. It has up to 14 line appearances, 14 programmable softkeys, and can display parked and queued calls, letting you take control of all lines and extensions.

The TS-480i can be used like a traditional key system phone, where you choose the line to engage with line appearance, or like a PBX phone, where the phone system picks the first available line for you. The 480i is also plug and play and features auto detection of the TalkSwitch system and auto configuration. Just plug it in and start using it.

Requires a VoIP-enabled TalkSwitch system and broadband Internet connection at both locations. Calls between external IP extensions and the main TalkSwitch system require an available VoIP trunk on the system.
