Product Information

Keep audio documentation of every call. Use this device to record interactions on 4 lines, word-for-word. It stores 2300+ hours of conversation on its own hard drive. Plus, it connects to your network via fast Ethernet, so you can access recordings and call info from any PC via your web browser.

Please note that you will receive your order direct from Digital Loggers. Therefore, we cannot promise you our normal overnight shipping. Expect from 5 to 7 days for your order to arrive.

Document exactly what's said.

Avoid potential misunderstandings. Record all telephone conversations on 4 lines—automatically. Just put the Web-Network Call Logger on duty. You're set to capture every word of negotiations, agreements, sales transactions, and any other business you handle by phone.

The device stores everything on an 120 GB hard drive with a 2300-2400 hour recording capacity. Once filled, it will automatically delete the oldest calls, so it can continue to record indefinitely. Web-Network connection allows you to easily archive groups of calls to any network CD, hard drive, or tape.

Review recordings and call data from any PC.

There's no need to trot over to the device and burn a CD every time you want to review call data. The Web-Network Call Logger is connected to your TCP/IP network. You can access it from any computer on the network via any web browser. The loggerautomatically configures itself, and supports Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) for hassle-free installation.

Two software programs are included with this call logger. You get a standard recording program that allows you to set various options on your logger, listen to recordings, sort audio files, and archive them from your desktop. Plus, you get a sophisticated call analysis program (valued at $500) that allows you to organize and index calls by phone number, company name, customer number, and such. If you have Caller ID it will automatically do a reverse phone number look-up to record the name and address of the caller. Or link to your own database for even more information.

Use it with analog or digital phones.

Connect analog phones very simply. Just put the call logger between your incoming phone lines and your phones. The unit has 4 RJ-11 jacks to accept the 4 lines, and 4 RJ-11 jacks for your phones.

Connect digital phones one of two ways. Install the call logger in front of your PBX. Or, use 2 phone line cords and a splitter (all supplied with the unit) to connect the call logger between the base and the handset on each of your phones.

If you have more than 4 phone lines, you can use multiple call loggers. Each unit will operate independently, and be accessible via a different network address.

  • Network connection allows you to instantly access recordings and call data from any networked PC. No need to burn a CD!
  • Included software allows you to set up recording parameters, manage audio files, and perform detailed call analysis.
  • 120 GB removable hard drive stores 2300-2400 hours of recording. If you record 4 lines, 8 hours, 5 days a week it will take you more than 3 months to fill this disk. Automatic FIFO file replacement means you'll never run out of space.
  • Locking disk housing keeps recorded information secure.
  • Digital/analog phone compatibility means the Web-Network Call Logger will work with any type of phone you have.

Please note: This call logger records all calls on 1 to 4 phone lines (or extensions) and allows you to access, sort, play back, etc., these calls from either an attached PC or any computer via a network and internet connection. The included call analysis software is password protected to prevent unauthorized access.
Key Requirements:
  • You must connect the unit directly to analog phone lines. If you have a PBX digital phone system, then you must either connect it to the lines coming in from the phone company before they enter the PBX or to the handsets of the individual phones.
  • You need to connect the unit either directly to a computer with an Ethernet card or to a port on your computer network. If you connect the unit to your computer network, the Call Logger is automatically detected as another computer and can be accessed using standard web browser software from any other computer on the network. If the network is connected to the internet, outside computers can connect to the unit. This feature includes password protection.
