Since this logger employs CDs for recording, now comes the question: which CD formats can I use? CD-R (recordable, which means you can only write the disc once) or CD-RW (rewritable, which can be used over and over again)? The good news is this logger supports both formats.

Playback is simple, too. On a Windows-based PC, just click on the time and date of the call you wish to listen to. No extra software is needed. And you get clear CD playback every time. No tapes to rewind, get chewed up, or wear out.

Additionally, you can use internet databases to retrieve addresses and business information from calls, which you then can link to your company's own database. Applications include support center, customer prospect, and criminal history databases.
