More employees than extensions? Everyone can still have their calls routed directly to them—and their messages stored in their own personal voice mailboxes. Just add a Voice Vault Memory Upgrade to your Bizfon system and assign virtual extensions for up to 14 employees. Calls and messages can be accessed from any phone.

Here's how it works:

Configure your Voice Vault to provide call routing and a voice mailbox on virtual extensions #250 to #264. The virtual extensions can ring on any of your existing extension phones—or be forwarded to an external phone, so calls can go to a remote office, a cell phone, or a home number, for example.

This allows you to:

• Offer a unique extension and mailbox for any employee who doesn't have a fixed workstation.
• Provide separate extension numbers and voice mailboxes for employees who use the same office at different times or on different days.
• Accommodate the needs of employees who work out of the office (such as sales reps) to have convenient call handling and messaging without using a full extension on your system.
• Answer calls on any phone in the office as if it were your own.
