These BizTouch3 Line Appearance phones are ideal for retail establishments where calls are routed by announcing, ""Sales, you have a call on line 3."" Or for multi-tenant businesses where Dr. B's calls come in on one line, and Dr. C's on another, for example. Calls can be picked up on any extension—just like on a key system. But this is much simpler!
