Simple solution.

This adapter will work with almost any type of audioconferencing system (not compatible with the Polycom VTX 1000 wideband audio system), on virtually any digital phone system. The only requirements are a phone with a modular handset (that can be unplugged from the base), and available AC power.

Adapter measures 3-3/4"" l. x 1-1/2"" w. x 1"" h., and weighs just 2.6 ounces.
