Need an analog port to use your fax/modem or another data device behind your PBX? Just plug this adapter into your telephone wall jack and you have one. Much simpler (and cheaper) than running a separate analog line. Plug your digital phone into the adapter, too, and you can manage voice and data calls through the same jack simultaneously.

Easy setup.

There's no tricky wiring or complicated installation involved in using this adapter. Just plug it into your wall jack. Connect your phone and fax/modem or other data device. And, program your phone set to accommodate it. The adapter is compatible with all types of computers, modems, fax/modems, and fax machines—and with all communications software. It provides full support for V.34 standards, so you'll enjoy reliable transmission at up to 33,600 bps.

You can continue to use your phone as usual, even when you're transmitting data. The dual-channel design of this adapter makes it possible for a single PBX or key system line to support both voice and data communication at the same time.

Works with other analog devices, too.

The dual-channel functioning makes this adapter ideal for connecting a data device, but you can also use it to connect a cordless phone, answering machine, audio- or videoconferencing system, or other 2-wire analog device. It supports the full-duplex operation of any speakerphone or conferencing system.

This adapter measures 7-1/2" l. x 4" w. x 2" h., weighs 17 ounces, and is powered through an AC adapter. You can keep it on your desktop or mount it on the wall.

Compatibility:
Use this adapter with Nortel Meridian M2000 and M3900-series phone sets.

Before you order:
If you use this adapter with a Nortel Meridian M2216 system there may be some restrictions. Ask us for details. Adapter is NOT compatible with telephone sets that connect via 50-pin connectors.
