Training Y Adapter cable allows two headsets to be connected to a single headset adapter so trainers and supervisors can monitor agent calls.

It includes a mute switch which enables you to mute either headset (great for coaching or assistance on the call.) Quick and easy set-up. Cable is 7 feet long and the branches to QD's are 9 inches.

Compatible with Plantronics amplifiers that feature a quick disconnect and Plantronics Encore PRO 500, Encore PRO 700 and Supra Plus Wideband Series headsets.
