The Cisco Wireless IP Phone 8821 Multi Charger can only charge the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 8821 and a spare battery for that phone. You can't charge the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 8821-EX or its spare batteries in the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 8821 Multi Charger.
