The BL-11-USB+P is a ‘Y’ Training Lead that allows supervisors to listen to an agent’s call during a training/coaching session and take control if needed. The lead has a USB connection at one end of the lead that plugs into the USB port on your PC and two QD’s for headset connection. It has an in-line control with volume and mute functions
